We take full control and responsibility for the production, quality and delivery of the products produced by Falcon, who have been offering contract electronics manufacturing since 2001 with a turnover of USD9M. Falcon’s core business is in LCD, communications, power supply and medical assemblies.

Falcon have 6 automated SMT lines with full optical inspection on the fly. They can place components down to 0201, 0.35mm QFP, BGA and Micro BGA. All boards are put through AOI and BGAs are inspected by X-ray. PCBs can be tested by either in-circuit tester or customer specific functional test equipment.
They also offer POP assembly. This is the technique of placing one package on top of another and is used where space on a PCB is at a premium.
Holding quality accreditations such as ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004, our partner offers RoHS compliant products with on time delivery and excellent quality. Our partner will undertake volume SMT or PTH assembly, box build and test.
LCL Electronics Assembly allows purchasing departments to keep control of head count as purchase orders an be kept to a minimum and the supply chain can be greatly reduced. Selecting the right manufacturing partner allows purchasing to keep reduced levels of stock but have materials readily available to call off when required.
